Breakwater provides both trust and investment management services. As a small firm, Breakwater is well-suited to be a trustee or fiduciary for your trust. Our fees are considerably lower than many third party fiduciaries. We seek to understand both the instructions and spirit of the trust agreement and personally get to know the beneficiaries. We will administer your trust in a professionally crisp, impartial, respectful, and non-defensive manner.
Each trust situation is different. However, typically we can administer a trust and manage the assets for no more than we would charge to solely manage the assets. Breakwater’s standard fee schedule for assets and/or trusts are as follows:
